Im thinking of doing arms every day, my arms have stalled at 14 inches flexed for over a year now, no matter what i do they dont seem to grow. So, how stupid is this idea?(can't be that bad if the bugez did it)
Of course i'm not gonna stop training the rest of my body, i just plan on doing less volume and then doing 2 exercise variations for biceps and 2 for triceps everyday, trying to switch some exercises everyday.
I plan on trying it for 30 days. Anyone here has done something like it? What were the results? What are your thoughts Jow Forums?

Getting big arms is more about lifting a long time. Instead of training arms 30 days in a row, hit them twice a week for 6 months.
Anymore than twice a week and you aren't giving enough time to recover. You can hit them indirectly with pulling and pressing movements, however avoid hitting them directly more than twice a week for optimal growth.
Make sure you are eating enough to grow. Gotta eat big to get big.
Also 2 exercises does not count as hitting arms.
You must do atleast 15 sets of 8 to 12 reps per session to stimulate growth, for each muscle.

I just measured my arms for the first time in my life and I am 13" flex. The rest of my body is DYEL and I got my first gym membership 3 weeks ago.
Then I read this and laughed my ass off for 5 straight minutes. This might be a board i browse more regularly
I may be kinda backwards on this, but I don't really do arms in isolation. Sometimes I hit triceps because it helps get your bench up. But doesn't doing compounds work your arms anyway?

You want size slow controlled lifts and really fucking squeeze at the top while coming down slow after, also if you're not growing and you say you're lifting then you're not eating enough. Gotta eat big to get big

I had relatively weak biceps compared to my back muscles, which bugged me for chin-ups and a few other lifts. So, I wanted to get stronger biceps. I started working them 3-4x weekly in isolation, and found out they respond really well to that kind of volume. I don't know about every day, but you're on the right track by adding frequency/volume to arm muscles, IMO.

Mine are just over 15inches cold after 7ish months of lifting, try changing your routine up a bit before doing something extreme as this
I was getting mild tendon issues when training them every day, since switching to every other day but with more volume they've been blowing up

Do it OP. My arms that wouldn't grow. Then I started hitting them after every workout with like 6 sets bis 6 sets tris, sometimes even more, depending on how I feel. Now they've grown a lot . remember not to go crazy with the daily volume , or you'll gave recovery issues

Do 5 sets of curls, then take measurements of your arms
Rest a day
Do 5 sets of chinups, measure arms
See which exercise makes your arms swell more, that's the one that's best for your biceps.
Try the same thing with your triceps on tricep extensions and bench press, see which exercise makes swells your triceps the most, that's the exercise that you should be doing for big arms.
For biceps I do 5x6-10 curls twice a week and I do heavy chinups for 5x5-8 also twice a week.
For triceps I bench and ohp 2 times a week each with a linearly periodized program and 5x6-10 overhead triceps extensions twice a week. Lifting for a little over 2 years and my arms are 15 inch. Dunno if it's good but I'm happy with my results.
I tried many things, keep progressing on everything else but not on my arms.
Since the beginning I've been hitting every muscle group twice a week.
I started at 11.5 inches or something like that, great progress the first 6 months then I stalled hard.
I tried slow reps for a while but got no results, however I never tried to squeeze really hard at the top, that might be something I try to do.

Oh yeah, might be worth mentioning, when I started out my arms were 13.5 inches and I've only been training exactly like this for like 4 months, before that I tried some different programs but always did about the same volume for curls and triceps isolations and slowly increasing weight on the bar.

i try to hit abs everyday. not a full workout but i dont want an "abs day" so i just try to do one 4x12 set of somthing everytime i go to the gym. it seems to be going allright for me
