Shitting Problems // Help

Hey guys, trying to get Jow Forums so I'm on an egg diet.

I consume 3 eggs 3 times a day, breakfast lunch and dinner. By my calculations this should be ~720 calories a day, plus another 80 or so from cooking them in butter to round me out to an even 800. I need to lose a couple pounds and this is the only filling diet I can find. My maintenance is supposedly 1800 so I figure I can lose weight fast.

Anyways, my problem is, after the last 6 days I've stopped shitting entirely. I feel kind of bloated like it needs to come out but it just doesnt. Tried eating fiber flintstones gummies, and i've been drinking tons of water and doing jumping jacks to get things moving. What else can I do to properly shit? I really want to shit, I need to feel satisfied. It's been 3 days since my last shit.

Should I take a laxative? Just more water? Whatdo?

i really dont know. i speak from expereince because im currently cutting at -1000 calories, and eating 200g of protein a day(1800cals) and i shit once every 2 days

the shits are rare man, and its very noticeable. so it makes total sense to me why you havent shit at all.

Take a laxative then do some up downs. Make sure to hit your stomach hard so it pushes it out.
Whenever I had football practice as a lad up downs always made my stomach gurgle.

you do realize that changing your diet rapidly causes problems for your digestive system?

your body needs time to respond so i reckon if you drink enough water and eat some food that helps ya shit you will be fine.

Don't do both. Take the bottle of magnesium citrate right now and go sprint until you almost pass out. You'll be shitting yourself in 20 minutes or so.

If some stool doesn’t move through the lower intestine and rectum regularly, the lining can dry out and become brittle. Once that happens bowel movements become a bloody and potentially dangerous process unless treated properly.

If you use butter/oil to fry them calculate at least 250kcal for that. Not 80

Could it be that because you are eating at a big deficit so you're shitting less often, just make sure you're drinking well. Should be normal

Pour a couple tbsp of flax seeds in a glass of water. Let it soak for one night. In the morning, mix then drink. You'll be shitting for sure.

Make sure you have plenty of fiber in your diet. Stuff yourself with like green beans and water. Add metamucil if necessary. Bonus, it also helps you feel full with minimal calories. And if it gets too bad take an actual laxative. And prep your bootyhole this probably won't be pleasant after 6 days...

i would recommend some magnesium or some mct oil, but start small
