It's because race conscious white people care about white kids, but are either uncaring or hostile to the idea of more non-whites in their countries and would often rather see MORE of them get aborted or killed. A lot of white nationalists support abortion specifically because it disproportionately affects minorities since they tend to have more abortions than white people.

I used to be very caring towards non whites but now I see them as a threat to my way of life and the wellbeing of my children. Ultimately we owe those foreign children nothing and they should be deported with minimal harm. Im against abortion for white babies, for everyone else they can do what they want. For me its not hypocrisy, its just I cant obviously express my true emotions on this issue with any degree of honesty without harsh criticism. Its a shame that this is how its turned out because I dont hate anyone for things they cant change but ultimately we cant overcome human nature.

I'm not white but I say fuck immigrant kids. My family immigrated here legally and actually contributes to this country. They even learned the language before coming here.
