femanon here. my ass is possibly the saddest i've ever seen on any human being. i'm a complete beginner, does anyone have any tips for ass growth (especially the lower glutes)?

switch high bar squats to low bar, go as low as you can so you stretch your quads more

Hip thrust with oly bar and weight, hip/glute bridge, Step ups with oly bar and weight, ass to ground squats, kick backs.

I had a big ass before I began lifting. Granted it has gotten worse so I have been skipping leg day and I'll pick up that advice for the squats. But I still need some way to reduce my butt size.
Gonna cut to 10% BF I guess. If my legs and butt are still big I'll go under the knife. Fucking genetics man. I have big legs, big butt and big pecs (not the fatty type, I like my pecs, great insertion)

I have this same problem but I'm a guy. I have the hank bill ass. It's gotten better but doesn't grow like crazy like my shoulders, triceps or bi's

but to grow your ass you need to be doing a squating movement and a deadlifting movement
learn the variations and rotate them every workout or every 3 weeks
