Vivaldi's spring always gives me good nostalgia and makes me feel posh.

patrician taste. i used to play that one, but i will always have a soft spot for Chopin's Nocturne op. 9 no. 1 in B flat minor - the first Chopin piece i learnt. played it for my great grandmother shortly before she died. she told me never to quit music. needless to say, i haven't played in years
/life-story

Dunno if classicalcladsical, but kreislers liebesleid, and tchaikovskys romeo and juliets fantasy overture always get to me

I don't know much classical, but I really liked this one that they played at the opening of the Sochi olympics.

Not exactly classical period but I like Mahler Symphony 7 and Schubert's unfinished symphony.

Maurice Ravel, Gaspard de la Nuit

Valse Op 64 No 1 by Chopin (sho-pin). Rubenstein's rendition of the piece is phenomenal. In fact, this song indirectly led to me getting my girlfriend.

Concierto de Aranjuez by Joaquim Rodrigo

While that is definitely a cool piece, I feel like I have to call it plep taste, simply because Chopin is everyone's favorite composer. Anyways, sorry to make fun of you, OP, so I will contribute a much lesser known series of works.

Makes me wish the Germans won the war

Nice choice. I almost ended up playing this last semester but chose to do Ravel's sonatine instead

Nothing will ever evoke such strange emotions in me like this piece by Chopin:

Beethoven's 9th Symphony is by far my favorite work of classical music.
