Congratulations on all your progress but you should do some pushups or bench to build your chest.

Funny thing is my chest just doesn’t want to grow, I do like 120 Ibs for 8 reps twice a week as well as flies. But I can only do about 15 push ups and my chest never grows it’s annoying

What body fat do you think I am in the second picture? How much longer do you reckon it’ll take to be about 12% body fat on a 1500 cal a day diet ?

What was your diet like? I'm close enough to your starting weight and need to gain some

actually ballooned up to skinny fat mode in the first 2 months because I believed the mass gainer meme. I'd actually advise to not do what i did and instead autistically track macros with myfitnesspal and a small scale, with a surplus of about 300 ~ 500 kcal.

Went through a depressive episode and lost a lot of proress, just now starting to hit the gym 6 days a week.

5 months of calisthenics, weightlifting and muay thai and i went from skinny fat to somewhat decent at 5"9.

3 years in between the first and the second two. only trained for strength in that entire time and pretty seldom worked arms or did any isolation.

You'll do it. i made a few mistakes laong the way i think i coulda done it faster. just be consistent above all else. and no need to bulk hard. dirty bulking was a mistake. 200-300 surplus max is great

thanks. I follow my own routine but along the way i did ICF 5x5, madcows, jonnie canditos linear, jonnie canditos 6 week.

atm i hit upper body 3x a week and lower twice.

I spend half the year focused only on front squats with back squats as an accessory, and then i sawp. squat twice a week, one day more volume one day more intensity less volume.
