Strawberries on Keto

Without knowing how much sugar is in one cup of strawberries, I had some as an after-dinner snack. I didn't realize that they were 11g of sugar. Will I be kicked out of ketosis because of this?

Nah, not unless you also ate a bunch of other carbs.

Aight good. Because other than strawberries, I only ate 11g of net carbs and they wete all from veggies. Actually, can I keep eating strawberries daily, or should I let this off as a one time thing where I didn't know how much sugar was there?

You ruined your keto.

Isn't keto just

I've always heard 20g. If you actually know the right numbers then what exactly is the point of this thread?

I'm just wondering if I fucked up too hard.

You have set rules. You know what you are today. Did you break the rules?

I don't think you fully understand ketosis OP. Ketosis occurs when the body produces ketones which is often a side effect of the 'consumption' of body fat. Almost everyone undergoes ketosis when they sleep when the metabolism slows so much that the body begins to preference fats for energy consumption

Yes, OP. Once you eat 1 gram of carbs above a certain treshold you have to restart all keto.

keto is retarded, just stop

>keto
fuck off dyel macrocel

>OP is probably trying to lose fat
>OP is usually losing fat but fucks up once
I'm sure these two comments will turn it back to his failed attempts

No, but stop eating so much brotein. 75%+ cals should be from fat.

Keto needs to be 80%+ from fat, ~5% carb and the rest protein

??? shouldn't muscle growth be a goal?

impossible to know for sure unless you use keto strips

Protein creates glycogen, just like carbs. Keto is a fat loss diet, not a bodybuilding diet. You’re not one of these guys who do YouTube full time and can afford to go to the gym twice a day.
