>reality checks very useful right when you go to bed this makes false awakenings which are very common very likely to become lucid dreams can be good other times but will be slow to make progress otherwise at least from what i have experienced
this morning i dreamt that i was in some lecture hall and this tomboyish girl was sitting kinda behind me to my left. dont recall much other than her saying "id love to see you drunk". i said i dont drink, she said oh in a bummed out voice but then she touched my cheek. then i freaked out and said did you wash your hands before this? she said no then i went to wash my face

So I had this dream a couple of nights ago. 5-6 days without fap. Before bed I was afraid of having a wet dream as I was staying in the dorm. It would be a disaster explaining to my roommate why I suddenly had to take shower in the middle of the night. So guess what happened. Yes. I somehow managed to wake up and stop just mere seconds before the climax. It's simply dangerous to go without a good fap for longer than 7-8 days.

>no fap dreams yeah man i think it has something to do with the zinc levels in semen because Jow Forums told me taking zinc supplements b4 bed gives fucking wild dreams man and i think no fap also has that affect
Luke Rogers
no. /ldg/ should not have a discord. fuck the discordtards
Jaxson Hughes
i would only want it for people to be able to find me and have 1 on 1 help also vote no in the strawpoll
Ethan Kelly
I currently only take protein, not sure if it has lots of zinc with it. But It's definitely nofap since I've had similar experience a couple of times but with a sad ending. Amazingly the volume of semen was 2-3 more than my usual.
Isaiah Cox
I like these threads but they always die before I manage to post, I wrote up a couple experiences I had a few months ago and will copy paste them here, its pretyped from a couple months back
yeah fuck man no fap makes my semen volume fucking huge which sucks because theres tons of cleanup so if i go nofap it's for long periods
yeah that's why im trying to find a new posting schedule for /LDG/ and also why im considering making a discord for people who don't make it b4 it archives

So this morning I had about 20 instances of sleep paralysis in the space of about 1 hour, I took my brother and his girlfriend to the train station at 5:30am and got back about 6:30am, I went to bed and went to try and sleep after about 10-20 minutes
>Fall asleep >Wake up and notice I can't move my body >Scared for no reason >Eyes are shut but can feel my body laying on my bed >Try to move but can't >Think I managed to wake up but this happened so much it's hard to remember
I was kind of semi awake now that I look back on it, like how when your drunk you don't really feel drunk and can experience everything fine but when you try to recall it the day after its all blurry, so I either had a scary sleep paralysis dream and woke up or I just woke up then after that I tried to sleep again but everytime I closed my eyes and started drifting off to sleep I could feel my body lock up a bit and it felt like the startings of sleep paralysis so I fought it a bit and woke up full again, I tried to go back to sleep again and this happened about 8-10 times more, I eventually thought id try lucid dreaming cause some anons on /X/ said that sleep paralysis makes it super easy to lucid dream, so I start messing with it and hears some of the dreams I remember
>One was super scary and there was like a short fatish man in stereotypical detective clothes standing at the end of a hallway except the hallway was just 4 vector lines and the walls were just see through blackness >Try to run away but am also aware of my body >Try and shout for my mum or my brother's but my voice is all quiet and im barely able to speak, pretty much whispering >Eventually my mum comes and shes holding my hand >Can feel it outside my dream and can feel her sitting on the bed with my brother >Im trying to tell them that I can't move and im stuck in sleep paralysis but they aren't replying >Wonder why >See man again >Can't remember if this is the same dream or not but I get super pissed at the guy
Cont. >Sort of speed/fly over to him and beat the shit out of him >Tell him this is my mind and I'll think of whatever I want >Tell him to get fucked >Deliver one final huge punch to his jaw and he gets knocked the fuck out >Suddenly wake up as I hit him >Suddenly wide awake in bed >Lights all off like I left them but no mum or brother >Get a bit spooked cause I could feel the warmth of my mum's hand irl and thought maybe a spook was holding my hand sitting on my bed >Try to think logically and that i was either holding my own hand or it was just more dream than I thought it was >Go back to sleep
Another dream I had after the fat man fight >Had a few dreams where I flew and stuff semi lucid before without the paralysis >Decide fuck the spooky shit I'll continue with the X lucid shit >Decide to fly >Im really scared because for some reason it feels like there's an evil presence in my room irl and in my mind >Trying to not think of the fear and just focus on some cool flying shit >Im stood on my estate and focus on flying upwards >Start jankily floating upwards and it feels real af >I can't describe it but when I have sleep paralysis dreams, everything in them feels so real and vivid >Doing this for a while >Eventually the spook overcomes me and I wake up >Drift back to sleep and have a few more scary dreams and then wake up at the end of them again >Whenever I run away from or kill what is chasing or attacking me in the paralysis dreams I wake up >Eventually I get kinda used to the spooky stuff and start to get more pissed >Get so fucking angry >Im trying to sleep and these fucks keep fucking with me >Suddenly beat the fuck out of whatever is chasing me >When the final thing is killed I wake up >As I wake up and im opening my eyes im starting to sit up >By the time my eyes are open im sat up straight >Fuming mad >So fucking pissed >Calm down and go to try and sleep again >Start to drift off to sleep but feel my brain kind of lock like the sleep paralysis
>/x/ said sleep paralysis makes lucid dreaming easy 1000% true which is why sleep paralysis is in the OP also if your really want out wiggle your toes or fingers and you can break out
Ryan Gonzalez
>This happened before when I tried to sleep for 8-10 times >Got really used to the feeling of sleep paralysis starting and it felt like entering full dive vr >It felt like my mind was in a waiting room and I could get out of it fairly easily >I could move my limbs a bit but they were still heavy but nowhere near as bad as full sleep paralysis >Kind of scared of full sleep paralysis because it's so hard to get out of and the things chasing me were super scary for no real reason >They were a mix of detective looking people like professor Layton and some shadowy beast like devil people with no real skin, they were just a black thick foggy mass >think fuck it I'll try sleeping again and this time I'll just think of my waifu a lot >Keep thinking of waifu as im falling asleep and sleep paralysis sets in >The spook is mildly spooky but it's more at the back of my mind now >Dreaming of waifu now and eventually end up getting a foot job from waifu >Shit felt so real and was amazing >Feel like im going to cum >Cum >Cum irl aswell >Wake up fairly easily but am super tired >When I wake up my hands are no where near my dick and I couldn't move my body cause I could feel it laying there in bed and the heat from it >Suddenly sleep paralysis isn't so scary
It kinda feels like I leave my body when im in sleep paralysis, it's hard to explain but that was the worst night for it I've had so far, never used to get it before until about 2 years ago, got it once, then once again a few weeks to a month later, then nothing, then the last 3-6 months Ive had it fairly often when in sleep deprived
decent waifu kiddo >leave my body with sleep paralysis dude you have it fucking easy you can astral project on ACCIDENT look at the Astral projection paste and it might how you what happend to you or what was going to happen if you continued with it also sleep paralysis is the gate way for astral projection too which is why i really want to get it a lot
Kayden Edwards
>haven't lived at home for years (parents were emotionally abusive to extreme levels) >last 2 months every single night have had nightmare about parents or about my teeth falling out >every night Whelp guess I have to start trying for lucid dreaming. Thanks for helpful OP link collection.
Kevin Howard
yeah no problem also since your dreams revolve around how you think something will end up there is almost never plot twists everything goes as expected meaning if you think you could literally tear your shitty parents to shreds then you can by all means so remember everything is expectation in a lucid dream
Eli Turner
I only lucid accidentally. Last time it happened I just started trying to rape women. like I ambushed a girl then chased her through a building. she tried to hide in some closet but I slipped in with her last second. I had her but it ended. Im rly a monster.
Thomas Jones
happens to everyone man especially when you're semi lucid and can't fully function right
Zachary Rodriguez
bumpING for the most yous
Andrew Walker
>oneitis still keeps rejecting me in my dreams What is my brain trying to tell me? Every time I have a dream with my oneitis in it, she either rejects me or shows disinterest in me. It's seriously fucking up my self-esteem in the real world.
like i told th other dude your dream ius determined by what you think will happen so just be cocky about it and worst case scenario just force her to do it
Carter Davis
Anyone have experience with galantamine? I just got some and am gonna take 4mg with some melatonin during a wbtb. What am I in for?
Lucas Murphy
never heard of it can you describe what it does?
Brody Bell
>trying for months to replace unwanted erotic dreams about my ex-wife with dreams about another woman I know >finally succeed, but for some reason she is 12 feet tall >hand on the back of my head, burying my face in her cunt >eating her out, her cunt envelopes my whole face, leaving me licking and sucking on pussy walls >pushing my tongue as deep into her as I can, jerking myself off furiously as I do >suddenly something moves inside her >a massive, exotic, almost equine penis launches out of her and thrusts straight down my throat >she fucks my face and cum RIDICULOUS quantities >feel myself choking, panic a little, but she pulls out, smiling down at me over her gigantic, leaking tits and petting my head >wake up, still gasping and compulsively swallowing >even though I'm awake, I can still feel ridiculously thick beads of her cum in my mouth
Most intensely erotic dream of my life, holy fucking shit.
i know that feeling of still acting out dreams when you wake up
Camden Thompson
I've had a lucid dream before but it was by accident and I think I was too woozy to realise what was actually happening until after I woke up. >Get up one morning at 4 AM >Get a coffee, shower, play video games for a couple hours but start feeling really tired for some reason so decide to go to bed for an hours sleep before I have to go to work >Lie in bed and although I feel physically tired I'm still very mentally awake >Eventually kinda fall asleep but my eyes are still open and I can see my room, I feel really weird but I'm tired so I don't care >Start dreaming while my eyes are open that I'm playing Assassin's Creed >Love the controls in that game, just imagine I'm freerunning around in the game, really focus on the feeling of holding the controller >Although I can feel my "real" hands it feels like I have a pair of hands inside my chest that are playing the game >The feeling is really distinct so I keep focusing on it >Eventually decide to get up because I have to go to work >Check my phone a few times and hold it in my hand >Stand up but feel really dizzy, figure it's just because I'm woozy from being asleep so I decide to do starjumps to wake myself up >Still feel like I'm holding my phone >Everything feels really wobbly and I don't have a lot of control over my body so I fall over >Wake up for real and I'm actually still in my bed, phone is on my pillow and I hadn't gotten up at all I'm pretty sure I had some sort of OBE or lucid dream. It felt really real at the time and it was pretty confusing when I woke up, I already knew what lucid dreams were so I kinda feel like I wasted an opportunity to have a lot of fun. I've had a few "almost" lucid dreams since then but none that have ever been quite as vivid as this one.
Angel Kelly
>dreaming with eyes open >going to bed late dude you just did WBTB but INTENSE WBTB and the open eyes dreaming thing was you accidentally astral prjecting but you didnt go out of your body ususally to do this you need to roll over or imagine a rope and climb out n stuff
Carson Perez
>pic I don't think thats how anatomy works
Grayson Collins
fucking wish it did tho
Jordan Hernandez
Im not talking about her breasts and thighs, Im talking about the bottom of the picture, where it just like a straight line
Camden Garcia
probs because the fat on the thighs are in contact with the ground so it just SPREADS
also whats up with all the NO answers on the strawpoll? can anyone tell me why they think it's a bad idea?
Sometimes trying too hard can be bad. Ironically a lot of people find success when they put lucid dreaming on the back burner for a few days.
Xavier Cooper
BUMPS for more sleep paralysis stuff (help me)
Xavier Foster
I got a question here. Can someone lose the ability to had lucid dreaming? I haven't had a single lucid dream for 2 months. Did I lose the ability? What should I do?
Kevin Phillips
depends on how you do it if you do it like you're learning a skill then you won't lose it quite so fast but if you do it like constant WBTB thats just a technique no skill involved meaning no learning to lose but short answer yes you could thats why it's good to memorize how you should lucid dream so you can do it consistently without effort
Joshua Wright
shit perv anatomy
Brayden Hill
>shit perv anatomy wut

Reminds me of an experiment on /x/ five or six years ago. This was the objective of the experiment.
Unfortunately it was never completed. Apparently it ended up being over run with demons and was too dangerous to try to go there. So it was abandoned. If you google "Veelox /x/" you can find archived threads about it.
Luke Sanders
I want to lucid dream just so I can fuck OP's pic
Hunter Scott
i've been consistently recording my dreams in a journal and a definite theme i've noticed is seeing people whom I haven't seen in years, or seeing very unlikely people together (e.g. my boss and stepdad). i'm hoping this helps me to become lucid eventually, though it hasn't happened yet. any more experienced anons experience this sort of theme that has helped you to recognize when you're dreaming? also the last OP (or the last one I saw) said that reality checks are useless other than right before bed and when waking up. can someone elaborate on this? i've been doing reality checks basically every time i think to do so under the impression that it's supposed to become a habit that carries into your dreams.
