they go up to 100, so pretty light, any good routines i could start with?

OP read the sticky ( the parts that still work ), weight loss primarily comes from diet not excersize but lifting and cardio will accelerate it, also becomes a very fun hobby. Do not do ANY routine recommended here, they are all powerlifter or just trash routines, just google stuff like 'shoulder workout' and do them, also ignore the stupid muppets here that genuinely believe things like cold showers and no fap actually do anything.
