HIIT is good because it gets your heart pumping a lot harder, but you say with a straight face that heavy lifting has marginal effects on the heart in terms of wall thickness
lifting has nowhere near the impact that cardoo does on wall thickness you mong
the heart, like any muscle, only gainz through exertion. cardoo has more exertion than lifting, especially HIIT.
