Here's how I start every morning off and I have GLOWING skin now, all the women I see ask for my skin care routine (I don't have one):

Smoothie with

>blueberries
>rasperries
>strawberries
>cherries

okay guys. is there any actual scientist here that can solve this for me?
i fucking love popsicles. and i started making shaved ice with added syrup so i can kinda lower control the sugar. NOW.

i went full refined sugar free and what i do is blend fruit and then freeze it and then mix it again to make shaved ice. (except for grapes holy fucking fuck those can be eaten straight out of the freezer and will still be soft and amazing)
Pic related is frozen orange juice i put in the mixer with some frozen grapes. tastes great. i also blend pears and freeze those and then mix them for frozen pear shavings.

OKAY SO. how much nutrients are lost? i will usually just blend stuff like a pear whole with skin and core after removing both ends. i assume the fiber will still be there but how much of the actual decent stuff did i destroy and should i just treat this as a slightly better version of refined Popsicle or are there still vitamins.

I use kefir instead of almond milk. Not a huge fan of blueberries in smoothies, they can be overpowering so if I use them it's a smaller amount.
I haven't thought about chia seeds, I'll try that.

so i actually found a good icecream that i can eat without much worry and occasionally overindulge in.

Just had 5 tomatoes with some salt casue my grocery store was out of every other fruit. Delicious. And fuck you, tomatoes are technically a fruit.

It's just frozen fruit without any real sugar and will taste like shit until you are orthorexic. If you can live with that, sure, but see a shrink ASAP.

I wish that happened where I live, 3 euro's for a small box and if lucky 2,50 for 2 of those small boxes. they usually last a couple days before going bad.

The one fruit every smoothie needs is banana. Banana gives a thicker creamier consistency.

If you don't add a banana you are making smoothies wrong.

Tomatoes are both fruit and vegetable.

I just buy smoothie fruits to go with my protein.

I don't eat much fruit, but make a smoothie from:

6 ice cubes
~300ml orange juice
Generous dash of lemon or lime juice
2 handfuls of mixed berries (frozen at Tesco, 3 for £5, I also pick up blueberries, generally 2 bags of mixed 1 of blueberries)

Really fucking delicious. It honestly gets me going more than a cold beer sometimes.

Hey thanks bro, that actually sounds like a super good suggestion. I have been eliminating fruit from my diet, but a banana for my smoothie was hard to let go.

I need to drink liquified spinach and broccoli to get my servings of vegetables. Broccoli blocks estrogen, and spinache turns you into Popeye.

Everyone here is just drinking a ton of fruit. Doesn't seem very fit.

I only bought a blender to drink veggie smoothies. Eating vegetables isn't always enjoyable. Fruits are always great.

You would get more enjoyment from fruit if you eat it slowly and chew it well. And you would eat less. Why are so many people guzzling sugar slush?

I don't have a sweet tooth for the most part and don't enjoy snacking. I eat a lot more veg than I do fruit, and veg makes up proper meal whereas fruit doesn't. At least I wouldn't have a satsuma on my dinner plate. Fruit is just an addition throughout the day, not a necessity like veggies.

I'm too lazy to make smoothies and biting into juicy ass fruit is the best

I eat vegetables every meal, but I don't get 8-10 servings of vegetables a day without drinking some.

~3 servings per meal is too much unless you're vegan.

it is super good, I'll mix it in my chocolate proteine shake from time to time, i am not really a smoothie person so I don't know how that works, but it definitly beats the banana in terms of thickness and creamyness in my case.

Well I don't eat that much, but I eat 4-5 portions for my dinner normally. Then I tend to have a smoothie or a banana/couple of satsumas earlier in the day. If I'm aching (which is more often lately) I also tend to toss some mushrooms in an omelette, but I don't know if that counts as a veggie.

Sometimes I buy a frozen fruit mix for oatmeal. It's nice.

500ml water
120g frozen broccoli
120g spinach
Half a medium onion
1 banana ( maybe substitute avocado)

I also forgot salt. Salt tastes good and is super healthy.

A few grams in a vegetable smoothie helps hit your daily salt needs.
