m8 I do 6 nights a week 11 hours and it just takes getting used to.

I work as a bouncer, i do 4 days a week, and roughly hit around 36 hours a week and most weeks a lot more.
I still go gym before work, i do compound lifts since i love my Olympic lifts, so 3-4 days heavy fucking weight.
People i meet find it weird i don't drink, party, or do drugs.
I work overnights making $36k but I'm a leaf and I went to college to do what I do. It just blows my mind making $16k working 6 days for 11 hour nights (if that's OP) that is actually insane and you're making less than $5 per hour.
I tried to go to the gym before work, but going to the gym at 8pm before it closes at 10 just so I can go to work at midnight? No thanks, I go in the mornings now when it's empty.

I used to lift every morning and then go lift boxes at ups. People said I was insane. They are just weak babies.
Before I lost my job due to downsizing I used to do 12 hour nightshifts and go to the gym at 7am 4 days a week. At first it was a struggle, but I got used to it pretty quickly.
Now I'm in a new job doing 12 hour shifts again, except I need to go in the morning before (gym is closed by the time I finish).
It's a struggle doing it the other way around even though I haven't missed a day.
If my city was big enough to have a 24 hour gym I'd be there in a second.
