I always fancied the main singer kid in that video, I thought it was a girl
Impossibly good taste for a first purchase user
I think mine was literally a bunch of Now That's What I Call Music albums, but pic related was the first proper album I bought. I find Muse pretty cringey nowadays, even old Muse, but it could be worse I guess
My first purchase. I still like this album, even though it is juvenile and filled with SJW/feminist shit.

Not even joking. I was a little kid and I liked their cheesy beach rock stuff so I saved up all my change and went to buy a Beach Boys CD and this is what they had. I remember being very disappointed

it was on my copy of the self-titled too. my favorite is Faust, I listen to it to this day sometimes.
I've never bought music in my entire life. I'm in my 30s and legit have never not once bought music. Get on my level. Poverty is freedom. Fucking end me.

Got this from the guy who sold me weed in high school, that was back in '96. He said he needed to get rid of some of his cassettes because he didn't listen to a lot of them, this being one of them.

one of the very few cds I ever bought, by the time I was old enough to really get into music napster was offering subscription music streaming like an early version of spotify and I just used that for everything since you could burn music to cds on it as well, still used to sit around and listen to my rush cds waiting for my parents to pick me up at school quite often though, never got an ipod even though everyone else I know started getting them
