I've got 6 audible credits to use what should I get?

Lifted today for the first time in a long while. Quit last time after a few weeks because of constant shoulder pain. Probably because my shoulders are imbalanced and inflexible and I tried to force myself to do low-bar. Due to the imbalance they hurt anyway even when I don't do anything in certain poses. Do high-bar now.

Squat felt alright, ohp felt a bit weird but expected as it hurts to lift my arms straight up without warming up normally. Did some shoulder dislocations afterwards, sudden pain and discomfort at one point. Possible to fuck my shit up with just shoulder dislocations?

What do you guys do for flexibilty in general and shoulders in particular?
Daily routines, pre-workout, post-workout.

Hey neckbeard! You there, the slovenly fuck in the basement. The useless tard-blob who has no idea how to be a human.Do this to go from level 0 to level 1.

- Drink water and black coffee/tea. Eat meats, fish, veggies, fruits, nuts, etc. that you've cooked yourself. That's it.

- Walk more. Walk fucking everywhere. Set aside 30 min to an hour. Do bodyweight exercise every morning. Pushups, squats, leg lifts, pull ups, burpees, etc. Do as many of each as possible.

- Shower every day. Brush your goddamn teeth. Toss your clothes in the laundry after wearing them for a day/activity. Do laundry every couple of days.

- Go outdoors more. Enjoy the sun. Breath fresh air. Say hello to people you meet.

Do that shit for a month. Then come back to the SIG and see how to go even further.

Does everyone else go trough long periods of not washing their teeth (Like 3months) throughout the year? I can't maintain it.

I have no cavities and no bad breath, I don't eat any sugar and my diet it's mostly vegetables and some occasional red meat and liver.

Get a worse phone, doesn’t even have to be a non smart phone, just go like two generations back. It’ll be so frustrating to use you won’t use it, also delete all the time wasting apps

Put your phone far away from you when you meditate, and put a timer alarm on for your set amount of meditating you want to get done. Then, meditate and don't get up or use your phone until the timer goes off.

Get fit, and stop worrying about how exactly you look, and just aim to get healthier.

Managed to study today for 3 hours in total. Had a rest day from working out 5 times last week, was a bit overkill, this week I'll just do it 4 times with a small cardio session in between.

Diet works also very good so far.
Tomorrow is again a lifting day and going to sleep earlier today.

Fucking tough to keep it up but I am trying to motivate myself thinking about avoiding the miserable feeling of not doing anything in my life. In some months I'll be happy that I am forcing myself now. We are going to make it.

Going to be working on incorporating hogh intensity interval training using kettle bells as a form of cardio.

Going to also be working to study more for my instrument rating while my plane is down for maintenance.
