No diabetes yet. Been drinking this much soda for ages so far.

I drink 1,5l cola most days. Its around 600 calories, same as 2 McD cheeseburgers. To me cola is what keeps me sane. I get those 1,5l and i can sip on it all day. I think a lot about happiness pr. calories. If someone offers me a piece of cake with a million calories i wouldnt accept as it only makes me happy for 2 minutes. But a soda keeps me happy a whole day for just 600 calories. I have a tdee of 2500. Other than the soda i eat pre cooked chicken breast, 150g 150 cal. Skyr (like yoghurt but low cal and lots of protein) and cucumbers and tomatoes.

You'd be in a lot better shape if you cut it out, trust me. If you're having a tough time getting yourself off of soda, try a healthy substitute like La Croix. I know it gets memed hard but it unironically got me off of soda. Or get a 2 liter of club soda and fill it up with crystal light for flavor. You don't even have to start by completely cutting it, make progress. Limit yourself to 1 coke every other day, and eventually once a week. Drinking a ton of water helps too, as you won't feel as thirsty. Water is the ultimate thirst quencher, as well as making up 79% of YOUR MUSCLES. Remember, soda dehydrates you, so every sip you take is killing your gains.
