Haven't seen this for a year or so.
But back in the days it was posted every day
If you can stop caring what others think about you you can get a vape. I haven’t had a cigarette in months if not a year and I vape because I don’t care about what my friends and or anyone else thinks about it. My cardio has improved drastically and I never cough anymore. I don’t go to the dr but I’m sure they would say my lungs sound fine
You must be an American, in the UK nobody gives a fuck about vaping. Why are you all so self conscious
Does the same guy post this thread once a week? Is this the new pasta?
how the fuck do you have time do tho that? basaed NEET
its 5 year old pasta
Yep I’m from the us. I have a friend who likes to give me shit on everything I do. I don’t care though that’s the point. Some people have a stigma like only neckbeards vape or something. Maybe not so much anymore but I feel like it did.
It's an incredibly narcissistic thing to believe strangers give 2 fucks about you, also your friend sounds like a cunt
i've been clean for a year now, once you get through two weeks it becomes way easier because you actually start to not feel like shit from smoking so much. Took me about 10 attempts to actually ditch them for good, best thing I ever did.
idk me i miss them, being a loner is hard
fucking hell, 75 a day man?
thats expensive
Yup. Get the gum and stop hanging out with smokers.
We make fun of vaping because it's GAY AS FUCK
Vaping is the fedora of 2018
who the fuck posts these? I've seen this thread 100 times in pol.
I think it's smoking companies. If someone who smokes a few cigs a day sees this he thinks "hey at least I'm not smoking 75 a day! my 6-10 is pretty damn modest, I'm doing all right. And continues his shitty ass habit"
Yes I quit, yes it was easy, yes I used allen Carr's book, if you smoke read it.
>75 a day
no such thing lmfao thats four packs
I vape and I'm 29 years old. When I go back to smoke a real cig it tastes like ass. That's how I know vaping is nothing like the toxicity of a cigerette. Its not perfect but its definitely better. As far caring what your friends think, you have to be 18+ to post here.
Alright, even though this is apparently stale pasta, I'm going to respond in case anyone reading is actually struggling.
Smoked for years, a pack+ a day at my worst.
First, I switched to vaping. I had trouble quitting even with the vape, so I'd vape during my habitual smoking times (driving, breaks at work, etc.) and smoke otherwise when I needed.
Yes, I got shit for vaping. Let your health be more important than your self-consciousness.
Then I started to cut down cigarettes. As I did this, the vaping started to taste better, and smoke worse. Eventually, it wasn't hard to quit cigarettes.
Then, when I was sure I didn't want cigs, I started lowering the nicotine dosage in my ejuice. Eventually it hit zero, and after a week or two I didn't mind.
Vaped zero nicotine for a while, maybe a month or so. Then I accidentally dropped my ecig and broke it. I was going to replace it, but realized I didn't need it.
The number changes but it was always more than two packs worth but less than one hundred, think I’ve even seen 84 years ago.
I been a pack a day and chronic weed smoker since 13. For me what got me to quit was hairloss accelerating at 20 onwards. By 23 im now clean a year and regained my hairline almost fully with proper diet lots of cardio vitamins sauna and lifting. W no smoking of course.
Best quit method is to realize you cannot quit anything but only replace it. It is your nature to soemwhat obsessively return to a habit. Make it a good one like deep thought by a river
I quit 50 cigs a day and started vaping. dont give a fuck. my life hasn't improved, i just waste the money i save on other shit, all that has changed is i dont stink like shit and girls wanna kiss my mouth more when i fuck them.
Years... Been posting this stupid shit for years.
I’m not saying I believe anyone cares, I was saying one might think they do. And yeah he kinda is
Tabex (cytisine). Seriously. It's natural and eliminates cravings. Try smoking a cigarette after taking it and you'll feel nothing. It's well-known about in parts of Eastern-Europe but never made it to the US as a smoking-cessation aid because "there was no money in it." Little-no side-effects from tabex either. It's also an oneirogenic if taken before bed if you're into that.
You can order it straight from Bulgaria at their website and it's legal to import.
>“There’s no money in it,” said Dr. Taylor Hays, director of the Nicotine Dependence Center at the Mayor Clinic in Rochester, Minn., who would love to see cytisine get a shot here. “And that’s what usually motivates people to try bringing it to market. The money is going to drive it.”
>A natural product like cytisine cannot be patented. That makes its market position harder to defend. And getting a drug approved requires millions of dollars.
>“It’s just frustrating to think that there’s something that could be helping people and we’re not using it,” said Dr. Nancy Rigotti, director of the Tobacco Treatment Unit at Massachusetts General Hospital.
Nothing like punchin a good dart mate don't listen to what anyone else says
There is money in natural products. The problem is that in the US they have to approve all of this shit. Same as why vaping isn’t a “proven” cessation product and can’t be advertised as such. The US will only approve cessation products that are not very effective and I wouldn’t even be surprised if those products were made by cigarette companies
