ill explain how things changed for me over a long period. i was always in good shape, but lowest bf mid 20s.

late teens early 20s no idea bf but obviously worked out, nothing serious to report. had zero self confidence so i dated whatever came my way via myspace or random online dating sites. nailed a 7/8s but mostly 5/6s.
