I'm by no means an expert, but cutting when you have no muscle to cut down to is stupid unless you're just looking to lose weight.
I cut down to 160 and all my lifts stalled. I started doing a bulk and running bulgarian, everything is going up 5-10 pounds a day. My bench stalled out at 190. Yesterday, it hit 210. In the course of a week and a half.
You can't argue with what is working. I'm sure I'll still look skinnyfat by the end, which I don't intend to be done until 1/2/3/4.
