Those are estimated 1RM, I never tried to do that much. I do 75 kg 3x5, good form, I want to keep my back.

Almost nailed that 47.5 kg OHP yesterday, did sets of 5 5 4 5 5, had a desire to push press the 5th rep on the third set but decided to stay faithul to myself. Last week succeded only with 5 5 4 3 3 of the same weight but with terrible arching.

Not sure. It could be that my bench technique sucks, or my chest is just really under developed. I've got pretty decent legs, strong core and wideish shoulders but my chest is non-existent.

I used to carry one thicc nearly 70-75 kg girl who broke her ankle and my lifts were all untrained at thatmoment. Haven't fucked her while doing this though but what I'm telling you is it's not that hard.

Stats are already in Pic. 23/ 97-99kg currently 6yrs lifting. 185cm

Thanks m8. I really want to get to at least a 185kg Bench before stopping again though. I feel like so far the roiding experience has been somewhat underwhelming.
