Russian diet

Any Russians here on Jow Forums?

I am not fond of the American diets because the food tastes like shit. Give me some usual Russian foods that will help me bulk up.

sorry homie. once you go dog dick you never go back.

bro russian cuisine is just banging onions, mushrooms, sour cream, meat, cabbage, and kvass and pouring it ontop or into bread, dough, or potatoes. im not gonna lie i love it (not even russian, im a gook) but the taste is pretty one dimensional

No borscht, pirog, pirozhki, kefir, okroshka, plov, vinegret, etc.? Yes, very one dimensional. Neck yourself.

Syrniki, pelmeni, rye bread, blini, idk. I'm Russian and I usually cook Italian food lol. Also and all other kinds of grains, but it's not really Russian, just European.

>Also oats
Fix

buckwheat

>kvass
basically Communist Cola

Suck my borscht, lick my pirog, put your pirozhki in my kefir and take my oroshka and squirt plov into your vinegret.

Snow niggers eat trash, I would feed a pig better food they eat.

>no dog dick

It's a staple of Russian cuisine, we eat it like 2 times a day.

>borscht
not russian cuisine

Im not russian , but sometimes I pass the "russian" food aisle by supermarket and there's fish liver in can which is supposed to be very high in EPA/DHA, i tried to eat it, it was kinda disgusting, especially the oil it's in since it's very high in epa and dha. I spent the following 2 days feeling nasueos, and about to throw up, and I got a very strong stomach. Most probably it's because I had too much of it

blini

kot lub blini

Can't. You're sucking on a loaf of bread, dripping dough out of your dick, and you're shitting out potatoes.

what does rus on keto diet eat ?
meat and cheese and cabbage ?

Salo, cheese, cottage cheese

>Russians

lmo, try dog food next time nigger. Human food is bad, for niggerlets.

>Бopщ
cabbage soup
>пиpoжки
onions and meat in bread
>кeфиp
practically sour cream with fewer fat solids and probiotic
>oкpóшкa
bro this is just a veggie soup
like i said, i enjoy russian food and east european food in general, it's simple, easy to make, very savory, very calorie dense, and gnaw on semechki all day, but come on dude, it doesn't have the fruitiness that german/polish cuisine has, the anise taste and depth that far eastern cuisine has. that's what i mean by "one-dimensional taste". i'm from northern china and got the best of both worlds.

My top of slav foods:
Quark
Borstchsh with rye bread and ton of garlic
Buckwheat porridge
Seeds, sunflower and pumpkin

>Salo
had to google it
One of the most tasty and healthy treats in Russian culinary tradition, salo, is a low-meat high-fat salted companion often used to chase with Vodka. The slabs of pork are salted or brine fermented and sometimes smoked.

sounds bad cause im not used to eating animal fats cold but would try

Do other countries eat as much kolbasa as post-soviets do? I feel like in the West people only eat salami in pizza.

Bread.
Alternatively german women.
Drink
Anything but water.
Even alcohol in perfume.

Had to google it, but kolbasa is probably just a staple of soviet food rations and general poverty so no. Salami on the other hand is quite popular all over Europe, mainly due to Mediterranean cuisine and their curing of meats. Eastern and Central Europeans rarely produce salami as good as the Spanish and the Italian. These are countries that were raped by various empires and then sodomised by soviet communism so their care for food wasn't a priority unfortunately.

Fuck, I want to go to Russia so much but know very little about it

Attached: 1528340217305.jpg (596x842, 61K)

russia's an amazing place to go but you need to be able to speak the language or else you're gonna be totally isolated

In the United States, sausages aren’t very popular anymore. Even hot dogs. Haven’t has one of those since I was in middle school. Although I’ve been told that people eat more sausage in Wisconsin/Minnesota area. Polish heritage thing, I think.

I doubt most Russians actually stick to a traditional Russian diet, but buckwheat is certainly widespread AND is a good bulking food. Soups are bad for bulking because they are not calorie dense, with the exception of solyanka, because it has a shitload of meat. Bread is a staple, goes without saying. Mayo is the bane of our existence; Westerners get fat on soft drinks, our fatties love adding too much fucking mayo to everything they eat.

borscht with cream is a fuckin great bulking food my dude

Fuck no. It's, like, 50 cal/100 g, and very filling.

i always knew Jow Forums was an slavic cooking appreciation board

Typical bodybuilder here eats buckwheat, chicken breasts and tvorog 24/7
>implying high IQ Russian individuals are not more anti-commie than anyone in the whole world
A whole variety of fermented milk products and groats
Our cuisine was basically destroyed during the communist rule
There are different kinds of borsch

My hunting buddy's wife is a legit Russian mail order bride (she got mail-ordered, then divorced the guy who ordered her, then met and married my buddy)

Her Bortsch is so fucking delicious, highly recommend it

>she got mail-ordered, then divorced the guy who ordered her
OH NO NO NO
Why do people pay for that shit, again?

>tfw mummy makes delicious russian meals

Logically those who sell bacon must have salo too. Or maybe it all gets remade into lard for fastfood.

Attached: 37b9678609d2000a7e762763fda46493.jpg (251x448, 29K)

when i lived up north none of the grocery stores sold salo but they all sold bacon, even the stores that made their own bacon didn’t

Hohol diaspora, ask them

>americans
>can't find where to buy a form of fat
What a crazy world we live in. Or... or maybe (they) don't want you to get the healthy form of fat?

Attached: salko_4_600.jpg (600x400, 83K)

That just looks like some Brettljausn with Speck.
Whats the difference between salo and speck?
I don't like the fatty part of speck because of the texture. is salo better?

Wait a minute while I google speck lol

It's cured/dried/smoked pork. so it must be rather related.

Well yes salo is more raw, usually only spiced with salt and nothing more, as for the texture it differs depending on the part of the pig, even it's sex and age. The amount of meat in it also can be diferent from piece to piece.
Still there is smoked and spiced differently salo too.

Attached: guanciale.jpg (600x643, 47K)

but large slab of bacon and then make salo
if me , a califag who is not asian , can make kimchi then salo can be made
