So guys I’m a defensive nose guard on my HS football team I’m 6’0 - 6’1 around 282 lift 4 Times a week for an hour with some hard running near the end and position work not the best runner as I need to work on my endurance but would /fit consider me healthy

I would say that weighing 240+ in general isn't healthy, so enjoy being at such an elevated bodyweight while you're young, but think about dropping weight long term (when you're 30+) that's just considering health btw

LOL Nigga you're a biscuit away from 300lbs, being tired after doing high endurance work or not being able to hack it for very long while running is kind of a thing for men your size. Anyone who tells you otherwise is either on gear or a fucking retard. Focus on sprints. Focus on sprints Focus on sprints. And if you're okay with your dick not working sometimes, start taking creatine. Your anaerobic endurance will shoot through the roof and you'll gain quite a bit of muscle mass.
