Another skelly reporting in. How did you guys adjust to eating more when you first started? I've been eating a lot better than I used to, but maybe I'm just not used to how full protein makes you feel. I've been counting calories and macros, and I'm still woefully below my target, but I feel like I'm going to vomit if I try to eat more.Does this get better relatively quickly?

When you're skelly mode eat smaller meals frequently. If you're really stuck then go for some dirtier high protein + fat foods. Servings of chocolate milk if you can handle them is good throughout the day. High protein cereals are easy to digest. Do some cardio to get your metabolism going, it wont cost you gains.

When I first started gaining weight I got a mass gainer and had that every day, it's not the healthiest and not ideal, but I would have it after dinner and it helped expand my stomach and get used to being fuller

Lots of small meals is really the way to go, just snack anytime you can. Anyone can eat a bag of chips a couple hours after dinner, and that alone is like 1k+ kcals

You don't have to stuff yourself until you feel like throwing up. Just spread your food out and eat stuff that is calorically dense if that's what you have to do. Drink calories, eat stuff like oreos or deep fried foods. That is IF your goal is simply to gain weight and not be a skelly.
I have a friend who is borderline underweight and he eats almost nothing but fastfood/junkfood and still cannot gain weight. I cannot understand it.
He probably eats super inconsistently. 99% of the people who are like that aren't eating as much calories as they appear to be. The remaining 1% have conditions that actually fuck them.

Multivits can be bad for specifically targeting stuff like zinc as a lot of the component vitamins compete for uptake.

I would just supplement zinc and magnesium once a day at different times of the day, but if you're super money conservative you could get tested.

Exactly this. When I transitioned from cutting to bulking, I transitioned to maintenance for a week, then 200 calorie surplus for a week, then 400 and now bulking is easy street. All you skeleton fags are retarded and none of you are ever going to make it if you have to come to Jow Forums and make these stupid fucking threads for every single question you have instead of spending 10-15 minutes doing research for yourselves (and by research I just mean FUCKING GOOGLING SHIT YOU DUMB BRAINLETS).

Maybe i can help ya, i was 121 lbs x 5'8, 8 months later i was 160 lbs x 5'8. Just eat many times during the day, do like 3-4 snacks out of the main meal, i used to eat 50 g of speck each snack with 1 big fruit and a slice of bread with low calories jam (just to gave some taste to the bread). You need to heat hearty meals, breakfast eat like 50-80 g of cereals, lunch eat lots of carbs, like 250-300 g of pasta or 150-200 g of rice, then for dinner eat like 300 g of meat, turkey is the best, make sure to train before dinnor so you would be really hungry. during your rest days (max 2 rest days) eat slightlly more than a normal human being. This worked for me, but that diet was really an hell to follow, it can work even in you eat less than that, just make sure you eat a lot and clean, otherwhise you skin will look like shit. Also idk how you work out, but i used to combine gym exercises with calistenics, free body training really helped me put on mass.
