Depending on how bad of a basement dweller you are or how often you sit with horrible posture you can get around 3-5 inches on your height by lifting. Doing weighted leg raises on the ground with your spine flat will correct posture. Doing neck workouts will align it back into place. Squatting and DL will help with better posture. You could be at 5'7 but really be 6' because of shitty habits.
