How do I train my obliques without doing some momworkout bullshit like side jackknifes or hand to heel side touches

I have 0 motivation or time for these fluffer faggot exercises. I tried windshield wipers but after it felt like I had sheared down all the discs in my spine

If you can DL 4PL8 without too much struggle those muscles are already plenty developed. You won't add ab appreciable amount of muscle with any specific targeting.

If you want them more visible then diet to lose fat and keep losing fat until you see them.
