Injuries happen regardless of where you train. I've had a home gym for last three years, no significant injury even once.

You're probably good. Injuries are going to happen no matter what. If you train or not. Just accept it, and free yourself from fear of pain. Besides, when it happens,you won't see it coming from more than a couple of seconds away. And at that point, it'll be too late to do anything
