Look up exercises to improve wrist flexibility. Or you can do it the cross arm position or the zombie position.
yeah im not flexible enough to do pic related so i cross my arms and the movement is fine
you can also cross your arms and put hands on opposing shoulders
you have to stretch daily until you can do them
I don't have any goals or even reasons to front squat at the moment but I still have to do them at least once a week just to maintain the flexibility. They're a real pain in the ass to become accustomed to
Exactly this... fucked if I know why the first meme off the rank is “improving wrist mobility”
Jfc the weight is supposed to rest on your shoulders. You should feel minimal weight in your arms
lack of mobility is extremely common but its almost never in the wrists. most people are tight in the shoulders and lats, which forces the wrists to bear some of the load. anyway, the front rack is more comfortable in the long run

I fucking love front squats now, it took me about a year to get a good handle on them. Stretching the shoulders daily, practicing a correct "rack" everyday is also a good way to work into it. just use the bar. take your time and stick with it. I want to hit a 3pl8 front squat soon.
By thoracic extension. You don't really need much wrist flexibility to front squat
god i love front squats
Stretching is good for warming up, but literally the best thing to do is just practice getting into the position, under load. Set the bar on a rack, load up with just enough weight to push your hands into your shoulders, and just unrack it. Adjust your back/grip width as needed, but just hold the position for a few seconds until it feels a little better. Repeat a few times.
Listen to , your back plays a big role in getting the position right. Couple months ago, I couldn't get my fingers under the bar at all, now I can get a full grip pretty comfortably. Having some load on you does wonders, think of people who start out unable to go ATG, but build the ankle mobility just by squatting more.
>Of course, I'll need the backwards snapback for the photo shoot. Gotta let 'em know I'm a real bro, lol!
How do i not choke myself on these
Yo have to rest the bar on the delts right?
Or am i a fucking clown
Get bigger delts. It's an upper back reliant lift and delts are the shelf.
that means its working
this, genie mode is best mode

How does Jow Forums feel like incorporating a day with 3x3 Front Squats working up to a heavy single with a pause?
That guy is holding the bar like a retard, don’t hold the bar like that.

keep your elbows UP
By not lifting so much weight at the start and build up to heavier weights as you progress.
