Why are there no restaurant chains such as KFC, McDonalds that sell healthy food?
Why are there no restaurant chains such as KFC, McDonalds that sell healthy food?
All I can think is that it would be too expensive.
I really wish there were.
you could've find one that's more organic and homemade but not necessarily healthy food,
like it would be healthier than kfc/mcdees
I want a chain that sells MOTHERFUCKING STEAK
They don't want you to be fit.
It probably wouldn't taste as good to the masses and would go out of business
Kfc and mcdonalds offer fats and protein whats wrong with that?
in my country (Spain) relatively cheap steakhouses are quite common
and they always have quality meat
I just go there and order some meat without any garnishes
McDonalds seems to fit into my macros pretty well. Nothing to complain about for me.
Chick-fil-A is one of the few options I've found. Grilled chicken on a not shit bun with fruit and water is a pretty good lunch.
this.
As far as calories are concerned taco bell isn't too bad as long as you remove cheese/sour cream and shit from what you order. I always get two bean and rice burritos with jalapenos and hot sauce and its onlu 340 each. Not ideal but not absolutely horrible either, easy to compensate for. Then there's always subway, not too bad as long as you don't go out of your way to fuck it up.
Its the french fries and soda that fuck you up, a mchicken or a mctasty are a fine choice of your in a rush a double quater pounder would be pushing it
Lol yeah i read that out of all the fastfood joints taco bell is the healthiest
Get the green beans from KFC you twat
>removing cheese
>out of a quesedilla
Live a little or work out more
I'm more talking about burritos and stuff. You can play around with the nutrition calculator they have and figure out what works for your needs though.
In Germany we have "Vapiano" they sell shit like pizza and pasta but also really nice salads.
It's a bit more expensive than Kfc or McD.
The main audience are girls from 15-30
If you don't order the same greasy shit everyone does from asian restaurants, most of them have some decently healthy meals if you try out the full range of their menus
We have Leon in the UK. It's pretty good, but a little pricey.

>muh macros are all that matter
you realise that processed meat is fucking terrible for you in general?
Im from the balkans and some supermarkets have a corner for food to take home. I often buy whole chickens, chicken wings or some other meat. Also they sell a lot of salats and meals like rice, veggies and chicken. Nothing is fried and its tasty but its more expensive than doing it at home so I only buy if im too lazy to cook
Cheeky fucking Nandos
Boneless platter, supergrains , macho peas and corn
Based macros and price
If you believe their marketing Subway.
Minus the huge amounts of sodium they aren't that bad.
Subway is literally the worst.
>that much white bread
vapiano isnt healthy and its not a fast food chain. Its a restaurant.
Vapiano is an international restaurant you dipshit.
>here in Holland we have "Mcdonalds they sell shit like burgers and chicken nuggets but also really nice salads.
what the fuck
how is this not a thing already
why the fuck can't I pull into a drive through and ask for a new york strip and some fucking mashed potatoes
IS THIS NOT A AMERICA?
And the fats they use are the bad ones
The grilled chicken sandwich is only like 500 calories with reasonable macros. Eat like 3 of those a day and your set for an entire day.
Because 'healthy food' doesn't taste good and people won't pay for it, that's why. It's also why we have an obesity problem.
>Go to vegetarian cafe with girl
>She gets two extra servings of broccoli, literally less than 1 serving anyone would give themselves at home
>Extra £4 just for the broccoli
Lmao, how do these vegans/vegetarians get away with this shit Jow Forums?
Even if the broccoli was organic, which is probably wasn't, it was 25p worth of food that they steamed for 10 minutes.
Because people want KFC and McDonalds, they want the junk food, the don't want the healthy food.
If most people starting eating healthy, these restaurant chains would change their menu to whatever the public wants.
Healthy food doesn't sell
I could try and set that venture. Got money to spare. Where do you think it would have most chances of succeeding out of curiosity.
Texas, in Houston or DFW
