No one said you can't. There is nothing stopping females from having female-only discord.
If you are talking about males entering a server for females only that's an issue with 1. the male, 2. screening before inviting and 3. where you post the invite (as you know trolls and shitlords are all over the internet who want to ruin things).
I don't know why they want to know about your pizza preferences, you'd have to ask them. One theory I have is that it may be because they are genetic copies of you that can only eat pizza but never found one that was pleasing to their palate.
