I was hoping for maybe substitutions or a workout routine that works with the equipment PF has.

You'd literally be better off spending the money on 100 lb adjustable dumbbells and a bench. Supplement at-home db training with bodyweight exercises and you'll build a better physique than everyone there

Squat/deadlift/bench/OHP/rows can all be done in the smith machine, more or less. I’m sure there is somewhere to do pull ups.

I go to Planet fitness. Just substitute barbell bench for dumbbell bench. I have a barbell at home so I do OHP/front squat/deadlift at home because I don't feel the smith machine is very effective. But you could do dumbbell OHP standing or sitting. You could do goblet squats with a dumbbell. And you've got a good leg presses there anyways. Not saying the smith machine is totally ineffective. You could still squat, bench, deadlift there too to start.

>cable flye
>arnold press
2)
>squats
>leg press
>glute lever
>calf press
>both hip abductor levers
3)
>pull ups
>lat pulldowns
>bent bench row
>smith shrug
>curls
>reverse cable flye
>crunches and leg raises
>smith deadlift

Don't eat too much and do high reps with weights that are challenging but not overwhelming
You don't need to bench press or squat or any of that meathead nonsense when there are machines you can use safely
