1 can of tuna (skipjack) - 150-200 calories, 5x the protein of an egg
Rice cakes - 25-35 calories each, eat like 4 a day
200 grams of broccoli - should be ~100 cals
An apple - 80-100 calories
There you go, a 500 calorie diet that has a chance of keeping you full for an entire day maybe. But you’ll probably give up within a week when you realize this isn’t sustainable
This. I'll give you 2 weeks most probably, 1 months tops. Even doing a 500 kcal deficit every day for a couple of months is tiresome, but you can work with it. Doing this shit all the time? Not going to work. You'll do it for 1-2 weeks then you'll get an invitation to an office dinner or some shit like that, and you'll binge on food/alcohol and eat 6000 kcals like the fat pig you are.

problem is if you are obese losing weight will take alot of time and commitment so at 500 calories you will get back to old habbits. Just do a restricted calorie diet of the foods you already eat minus sugar and fast foods/snacks.
You should start at 1800 calories and see if you are losing any weight if not, do more cardio (or any cardio at all ) and if you are not losing it even go to 1700 then in the span of 3-5 months you can go to 1200 calories but with care
Don't try to cheat your way into low weight. This is a lifestyle you need to maintain to be healthy for a long time and not a 3 month prison food diet just to make yourself feel a bit better
Fasting is better, after 3 days you'll start to get your energy back. After 2 weeks your energy will increase to above normal.
You also could just eat once every other day. That way you still can eat and its not so bad.

Here's an idea, idiot: You don't eat for 24-48 hours, then you eat 1 meal consisting of 1500-2000 kcals that is high in protein. Your metabolism won't slow down, you'll still lose weight hella fast and you won't be a fat fuck in a few months/years.

Hey OP ive been doing something similar with the 500 calories a day diet. I kept it up for 23 days and lost 20 lbs... Until I went anemic and lost all of my energy and couldnt lose any weight. Ive switched to the same OMAD system only with better nutritional content and 1000 calories a day instead of 500. I also do a 48 hour fast weekly (sometimes 72 if I feel I can) and that is working well for me. Im back to losing weight and feeling better at the same time. Idk your size but for reference I started at 6'2 232lbs and now im down to 205. Best of luck to you mang

The anemia was just a side note. The middle path is usually the best. On 500 a day I was miserable until I ate around 7 o'clock. Now with OMAD on 1000 calories a day I don't have horrible diarrhea and stomach pain. If you want to take Iron supplements it will surely help and you won't get anemia. However I promise you your quality of life will lessen around day 16. I wish you the best of luck but I think you may be going too far. Also just eggs and buckwheat will get bland as fuck after a week. Best of luck to you though, whatever way you go about it.
