Can't hold the bar on my back with squat, lack the flexibility. At best I can hold it on my neck with a very wide grip.

With deadlift I either murder my back or lift babyweight.

You should be able to do this if you have any kind of traps and lats.

Like my first day at my old powerlifting gym.
I walk in and see a guy doing a double BW bench press.
At 307lbs.

The only thing I can possibly add was I had reconstruction surgery on my chest when I was 16, but I doubt that has anything to do with it a decade later.

I made the same amount of progress in less than 6 months and my quads exploded in size. Wish I didn't get the stretch marks, though

I started benching 3 times a week with 5/3/1 and Sheiko reps schema + dropsets + amrap + CGBP, incline bench, a T2 lift, chest/tricep dips and pec/triceps/delts isolation.
The struggle is real.
