Two chicken breast alone is going to be way over 100g of protein unless they're tiny. One serving of cottage cheese has 12g~. Everything else is icing on the cake. There are Fairlife ultra filtered milk drinks that have 42g of protein in them too, made from real milk, no onions isolate added.
Protein is the easiest macro to get in.

When I'm hardcore cutting on 1000 calories a day (1lb fat loss per 2-3 days), chicken and tuna are invaluable resources. At that point it becomes a question of how you can fit at least 150g of protein into just 1000 calories while still preserving some flavor, variety, nutritional value, and bulk (fiber) into it.
Similarly to your problem OP you have to find a good balance of protein concentration and flavor to keep you sane while meeting extremely strict requirements.
My default cut meal is boneless skinless baked chicken breast, steamed broccoli and carrots, and 30-60 calories' worth of chicken gravy or brown gravy for flavor. Add whey when appropriate, and if THAT has too many calories, round out the ol' macro with tuna.
Chicken breasts vary too much for this to be useful information. If you don't have a food scale your breasts are going to vary between 3oz and 6oz and you're going to end up blindly bulldozing through your calorie limits.

Eat one food in high volume. One fat tub of cottage cheese is 72g protein. One half gallon of whole fat milk is 64g protein. Cheap frozen pizzas. Etc. Then follow up with a high protein main course. I plan on attempting a omad style bulk. Here is what I'm thinking:

Chicken thighs are not that fat and are really good with minimal preparation. just salt them and put them in the oven on 220°C for 30min.
