Hitting 31 next month, my life feels empty, my job is well paid but I don't like it. Don't really have friends anymore as everyone married or had kids and stopped caring. IRL Boomers are the most self-absorbed indulgent generation, we're not that; but the moniker is still fun. Also, for we elder Millennials (t. 34 here) we are kind of on the cusp between Gen X and Y. Although I think we are Millennials, we are certainly influenced by Gen X: its music, fashion, and culture for example. We are also way less fucked and cucked compared to the younger millenials who are the ones getting gender reassignments and voting Democrat.

Im just wondering how you guys are doing relationship wise? Im fucked. Part of it is the curse of coming from a broken home. Its sad, now I see the friends I have made beginning their own divorces. Also many are like me, in their 30s and unwed, childless and alone.
Getting Jow Forums was one of the best things to happen to me; I think its staving off the depression. I've still got a ways to go, while I've got lots of strength Im still overweight and don't think I will have proper confidence until such a time. I've been grappling with anxiety for a long time now, been taking L Arginine and Ginko for those mental health gains, still too early to tell if its helping.
I wish I didn't have to struggle with finding a gf/wife. I was having lunch at a pizzaria with my bro today and at a table next to us was a pair of attractive honeys, not 10s or anything but pretty, well dressed, and obviously single. I would have loved to have gone over and flirted with them, to ask for a number, but the coward anxiety won. Im going to church service tomorrow and am hoping to see a woman there I am keen on. I dont need to set up a date with her or anything, I'd just like the chance to talk. God I hope the anxiety doesn't destroy me again.

When I was 20-25 I used to lift for years and I started with a home gym

I ended up working out 5-6 days a week because I had nothing better to do and just kept working out, learning about proper form and testing plenty of different programs throughout the years
