Is lifting the most laddish hobbie there is? Name one activity/hobbie that gives you more to talk about and connect over with other dudes.

Name one (1) time you made friends over books

Lifting is actually a horrible activity to talk about. Jesus Christ. Anyone that brings up lifting outside of the gym sounds like such a boring autist. Literally any sport would be infinitely better.

Take up rock climbing dude. Hella fun.

BJJ gave me a lot more to talk about with other dudes, especially since it has a community and a lot of variations in technique. Lifting isn't that interesting desu.

Most sports are more interesting in my opinion.

Rock climbing is really fun and meditative. I got in the best shape of my life when I was bouldering/climbing 3-5 times per week.

Hunting, fishing, shooting, four-wheeling, etc.

trips of truth

Every rock climber/boulderer ive ever known and spent time with was always a leftist but not the in your face kind. It was so strange and freeing meeting people who didn't hold political opinions as the be all end all.

literally every sport seems more interesting to talk about and bond over

lifting is great but have you ever in a million years heard a good story about lifting?

>bro last night i put 300 pounds on the bar... and i LIFTED it bro

Yeah I read Meditations on the Peaks by Evola. Totally understand what you mean.

I agree with the hunting, fishing, and shooting. I dont go four wheeling though so I can’t say much on that.

Any combat sport that isn't an absolute meme

gambling and drinking

You don't go to a bookstore or read at a cafe?

Football obviously, I don't even like football but I follow it just so I have something to fill the awkward gaps in conversation with other men.

All the aesthetic guys at my gym chat about cs:go and basketball desu

Judo for me same as this guyCombat sports do tend to full of bros, although I’ve got a few girls in my club, not sure if BJJ has more or less girls.

Catch wrestling is whatsup though. You don’t want to put an emphasis on being underneath someone
