I guess that depends on how much you're drinking. Think about it like this, a can of beer is gonna have like 150-200 calories each. If you're drinking 5 beers a day then you need to burn an additional 700-1000 calories a day on top of your normal diet to lose weight.
Your question can be rephrased as: is there a way to lose weight and still eat junk food? I like the taste of junk cheetoes and pepsi.

i enjoy alcohols of all types but i limit the amount i drink to on average 10 drinks a week. i don’t binge on weekends and i drink mostly on weekdays after work. if its beer usually a 22 oz bottle is all i drink, for wine its a full glass, and spirits enough for a drink. Dont really get buzzed but i do feel the alcohol in my system. i don’t consider myself an alcoholic because i dont let alcohol control my life, i just drink because i unironically enjoy the flavor and experience certain drinks provide. I compensate my lifestyle with some extra minutes of cardio during the end of my gym session and overall think that if you keep amount of alcohol down to a minimum it shouldn’t affect your gainz too much. but then again im 18% bf for a reason..

On the contrary, de-alcoholized beer is actually an excellent sports recovery drink. The ethanol however isn't amazing for exercise purposes.

It's drek, but when I was cutting weight - just to scratch my itch for the taste of beer - I leaned on Bud Select 55.
It's basically beer flavored water, but when you're on a calorie restricted diet, I was doing 1,600 a day. It's easy to fit 55 or 110 calories in with these.
Also as suggested, vodka and tequila are around 90 calories per shot, however they do not scratch the beer itch.
