So, I've noticed that I have to wear tighter clothing that shows off some of my torso/arms to look buff and good. Otherwise if I'm not careful with the clothing I choose I don't look like I lift at all. Jow Forums are you choosy with your clothes or you just don't give a fuck/look good in any clothes?
Do you guys look like you actually lift in any kind of clothes?
Same as you. Shirts with shorter sleeves and I look huge, long sleeves and I look DYEL. I'm okay with it though it's fun seeing surprises faces if I take off a sweatshirt.
I don't really wear store-bought clothes because everyone does. I try and buy everything online so it is unique.
T-shirts, tanks and polos pretty sure i do. I don't wear anything else. Loose clothing makes most anybody look shittier tho
i don't look like i lift without clothes
It's body dysmorphia. If you're wearing clothes that fit properly, people will be able to tell that you're big regardless. You just don't see it because you're you, and you only really notice it when you wear clothes tighter than normal.
I wear really tight t-shirts but then I feel like I look like i'm trying too hard. I-its better than a tank top right?
>really tight t-shirts
Please don't do this to yourself user. It probably looks either like it's your sister's clothes or hand-me-downs.
Just be handsome and don't shop at walmart for clothes
I look like I lift in clothes... but outta clothes no.
Youre tip-toeing the line into looking like a literal homosexual.
205 6ft checking in. Chit physique
The only things that really stand out when i wear looser clothes are my traps and shoulders
Tighter clothing accentuates my lats and arms much better
Nah. I'm trying to go for skinny martial artist mode. I even wear fairly baggy clothes. Most dudes look pretty dumb with too much muscle if you ask me. Pretty controversial opinion around here but hey.
If you're near 1000 lbs total, you look always like you lift, mostly because of your neck and shoulders.
Pro tip fellas. Roll those long sleeves to the elbow. Looks good and /fa/ and you get to show off them forearm gains.
I deliberately wear the looser clothes because I'm not insecure.
Protip: You look retarded in your tight clothes.
The irony of this thread is the guy in the picture looks far far better in the looser fit.
It's pretty much agreed upon that we can all beat you up. Even the fatasses.
Yeah. On the right he looks like a try hard flaunting his beginner gains.
Protip: Nobody gives a fuck if you wear fitting or baggy clothes.

I've been a skelly my whole life and could never find clothes that fit me off the rack. Then after college I bought a designer suit that was made for skinny people and it blew my fuckin mind. I had tried on blazers and stuff and they always made me look ok at best. Then I tried this on and it was tailored to my build. From that moment on, I decided to learn how to buy clothes that fit, and what can and cannot be tailored to fit right. The basics apply to all body types.
>t shirts
they should be snug around the chest, but not skin tight. not much excess fabric around the arms and torso. if you're Jow Forums then this is used to show off your body. however, if it's skin tight, it looks like you bought the wrong size shirt and you look like a dumbass. if you're DYEL, then this stuff still applies, but you're going to want to wear and unbuttoned shirt or jacket over this. this is a visual trick to make it look like you have more upper body mass than you actually do have.
>button ups
should be form fitting, with not much excess fabric anywhere. these should most often be brought into a tailor to make sure there's not too much loose fabric anywhere, as most off the shelf places are cut with really strange proportions. Often, you'll need the arm pit raised up to match your body as well. just make sure that it fits you on the shoulders. look up diagrams online for what that looks like. if it fits in the shoulders, pretty much everything else can be modified. refitting shoulders is just expensive and a pain for your tailor.
>pants
should be almost universally slim cut. especially if you're Jow Forums you've got good enough legs to not hide them in baggy pants. this isn't the 90s. don't wear baggy pants. they don't need to be skinny cut; don't wear pants that look like they were painted onto your legs. slim cut is flattering without being obnoxious.
these are literally just the basics but buying clothes that fit dramatically improve how you look
A hawk hides his claws?
No, I still wear clothes though.
B-but I've gotten shirts of culturally relevant television shows from there that people complimented me for wearing. Like my DBZ and Family Guy shirts.
I used to wear Tightfitting clothes all the time but now I prefer a looser fit nowadays.
I Still look like I lift through xxl tent size t-shirts
>wearing a shirt
never gonna make it
>compliments fishing: the post
