>is am i

is are your grammer

realem in boyz

135, so 1.5 pl8s?

1.5 pl8 for 20 reps?

yeah that strong man

135 is 1pl8. Unironically do you even lift?

are you joking?
1 pl8 is 40kg

20kg each side = 40kg

idiot you forgot the holes in the plates so it's not exactly 20kg each side

1 plate is 60 kg. 20 + 20 + barbell 20

idiot

do people think this is a funny joke? Every time pl8s are discussed someone makes it, do they think they're being clever? It's like those 50yos at work who always tell the same joke when a situation arises and expect everyone to find it hilarious. It's not. Saying "winning the lottery is 50/50, you either win or don't" isn't funny no matter how many times you repeat it when the topic of lottery comes up

manlet rage

>"winning the lottery is 50/50, you either win or don't"
Never heard that one before, still wasn't funny.

>135 lbs 20 times
reps above 5 is cardio, add weight to the bar

Gas chamber for you

>counting the bar

when people ask you how much you weigh do you tell them the weigh of your torso and say everything else doesnt count?

Everyone counts the bar dummy

oh yeah, school just got out this time of year...

People that keep saying 1pl8 = 60kg as a joke is starting to tilt me, its not funny anymore. Obviously 1pl8=40kg, its not funny you boomers

20kg a side (1 pl8) = 40kg
You don't count the bar, you don't add weight using a bar, you add weight using pl8's

Ok, please don't bully me, i want to learn because I don't understand American units/routines well

This is my chest routine

-Flat bench: 4*12,70kg
-Dumbell press 4*12, 20kg
-Inclined bench 4*12 70kg
-Dumb press 4*12, 20kg
-Decline bench 4*12, 70kg
-dumbell press 4*12, 20kg

Those dumbell press follow the angle of my benches, I rest 1 min between each series and then 3min before the next exercise.

Any advice is welcomed, I just want to improve.

WHERE'S THE HEAVY COMPOUND?
