do mobility and flexibility drills, squat with an empty bar and build up from there to build the strength at the lower part of the movemen, how ever depending on your height and length of your limbs it can be harder to actually go atg, so in case you are actually unable to go atg, go as low as your body allows, wich is always bellow parallel if you do mobility and flexibilty drills

this is very close to lu's catch height for his clean and his front squats are not significantly deeper, i'd argue semantically this is atg for lu; the femur bone is clearly well below parallel in the image.

that being said a lot of people have shit tier leverages and poor stabilizing muscles and won't be able to squat atg without splitting their legs out very far apart and rotating their hip externally a lot, which may not be necessarily comfortable, and i wouldn't necessarily say that all people should squat atg if they cannot comfortably squat atg.
