Chicken tastes like shit to me. I can't cook it. its always way too dry. How do I make chicken that's not as dry and is more tender? I'm talking about like those bags of Perdue cut up chicken breast. It'd make meal prepping way easier and clean up my diet a lot
Portion because it's the closest thing to a chicken I have in my phone
Buy webber. Turn the webber on full blast for 10 minutes to warm it up. Turn webber down to half way and apply chicken breast. Turn chicken after 10 minutes. Take chicken off grill after 10 minutes. Turn webber off. Fucking fool proof

Brine it nigga Put it in salt water for at least 2 hours. Pat dry, cook like normal.

It seems to only affect certain people, possible with hypersensitive taste (Including me) as nobody else noticed it. Chicken just always tastes like garbage and wet dogfood when cold or reheated, nothing you can do really.
Camden Anderson
put in frying pan cook until cooked stop cooking really that simple >but how do I know when it's cooked? cut one of the larger pieces in half with the spatula, if it's white in the middle, it's done.
Owen Smith
I smash my chicken breasts with a kitchen hammer, then cut it in slightly larger than bites pieces, season it. leave to sit in the spices on room temperature for around 15 mins and cook it in some kind of fat like olive oil or butter or both. for about 20 mins on 200 C.

Get actual Chicken breasts, not that perdue shit. You get more chicken out of an individual breast, and you can get as many as you need from the butchers area in any store, tasted way better. I like to cook it in a cast iron skillet with a dash of pepper and lemon powder. as long as you cook over medium heat and don't squish them they will turn out juicy everytime.
Alexander Turner
>people here can't make an actual chicken dish to save their lives
Then perhaps you can be constructive and suggest better ways to cook our chicken, as was the point of the thread sense you bothered to post for attention
Sebastian Fisher
that looks like a pain in the ass to eat meat still on the bone, but its not finger food
Samuel Garcia
I just buy rotisserie chicken and rip it up. 5 dollars a bird isn't bad and it's easy
even out chicken breast with kitchen hammer put in frying pan and cook on high temperature for 2 minutes per side put in oven for 45 minutes at 60 to 80°C > what is low temperature cooking
What? The dish is right there. Chicken tikka masala. Use chicken thighs though not breast or it doesn't come out right.
Jace Diaz
i find that baking it leaves me with a juicier chicken. it does dry out over time tho so it's better to eat it soon after having it cooked. just prep your side dish and bake the chicken the night before so it's fresher. chicken thigh is also fattier so it'll taste juicier
Luis Brooks
Cook it slowly at low temp. Takes more time but tastes much better.
Christopher Edwards
Chicken is trash tier meat, literally worse than dinky dee dog food. Any self respecting man should say no to chicken as it is mass produced for the poor, filled with hormones and what not. A girl ordered chicken when i took her to a nice restaurant once, told her that i will go wash my hands and never came back to that spineless whore
Owen Thomas
I can cook just fine >Like bro like bro, the OP literally says. >I can't cook it. its always way too dry. It comes out dry because you over cook it. Adding seasoning isn't going to change that
Bentley Howard
That's one of the problems though. It's the drying out. I'm lazy and wanna just pop open a tubbaeare and eat my already made chicken
Landon Smith
well like i said, if they're all thawed out, you can just cook them the night prior. it's 20-30mins in the oven so it's not that time consuming if the marinade and side dish is prepped already. you can also introduce them in saucier dishes, but it's not as good calorie and macro-wise. you could also eat different types of meat as opposed to just chicken
Christopher Moore
People who use the word literally so liberally are dumb. Like bro, we all can see the other post we know it's literal
All you've suggested that is in anyway helpful is that I could be over cooking it and that was already suggested
I hope that everyone in your life doesn't finds you as worthless as I do
Anthony Murphy
Buy a sous vide, best fucking kitchen hardware investment I've made. Cooks meat perfectly every time, totally idiot-proof. Cute porygon btw. Love those little niggas.
