manlet: a shorter guy who works out and does things like trying to start fights or wear tough atire to prove to society they are superior to those taller than them
lanklet: a taller guy who has so little muscle and fat which is made even worse because taller people have more surface area to cover so they look like they have even less mass than an auschwitz worker

diet is important but you must workout for it to stick. eat a lot of protien high and high carb foods. meats, milk, beans, vegies, penuts, grains. avoid sugars and fats as best you can, it's mass but not the kind you want. lift 5-6 times a week for at least a hour each day. you can start out goofing around doing full body exersise to get the feel of things but try to find a routine a month or so in. rest at most 4-5 minuites between exersises and 1:00-1:30 between sets. sleep 7-8 hours a day. carbs before workout, carbs and protien after workout. this is the most efficient way to gain muscle mass. if you ever plataue start training strength along side your current workout. i went from 125lb to 160lb in a little over a year and am at 170lb now 2 years in.
