do i have gyno? my nips are p big. do I have apt? i know my back is fucked up, thats why i dont do squats, since my chiropractor said to avoid them for now. i can also see a noticeable four pack when slightly flexing, sometimes even at rest.

I also so planks and situps everyday. I lift heavy but I'm still pretty light weight (not even benching 100)
what should I add/remove to my routine? I also eat about 3k calories with nearly 200g of protein a day.

you do have gyno. i think your bodyfat is about 15% + or minus 1%.
If you cut here you will be a skeleton. you are a complete newb so easy as fuck muscle gains are here for the only time. use it. 200 calorie- 300 calorie surplus for a year then think about cutting.
Program doesnt matter. workout consistently for a few years. details insignificant as long as you are progressing in strength over a longer time frame and you are getting enough volume in with a surplus.
obvious if you skip sessions ever you are gonna get bad progress compared to the guy on a half decent routine who always does it.

5'8 manlet. Cut or bulk?
Due to an injury had to start with cardio about 3 months ago. Been on a cut since then and lost about 11 kg/ 24 lbs.The fat above my hips just doesn't go away. For the next ~2 months I shall just use machines and after that free weights are ok, the doctor said.
Also if I calculate my bf with neck and hip size I have about 20%. Is that even correct?
Should I keep cutting? Or should I bulk I know I look shit and my shoulders are small but will they look better if I'm more cut? Inb4 gyno, I know I have it
