Beginning of April. Maintained around 74-75kg from the start of the year until then, now I'm down to about 70-71kg.

Pretty much "muh abs". I've been doing bulk/cut cycles like many people going from 15-20% bodyfat and back instead of going from 8-12 or 10-15. Now I'm going to keep cutting (slowly) until I get rid of that fucking bellyfat that I've been carrying around for a decade.

Probably around 13% right now, and my target is whatever I'll reach when I drop that last lump of fat.

Intermittent Fasting (i.e. skip breakfast), some days I fast until the evening. Also I only consume carbs immediately before and after workouts.

It's fine really. Cutting out carbs really helps a lot with managing hunger.
I usually get hungry around 11 AM, but when that's past I can easily go the rest of the day without eating (or just eating very little).

Not too much. I've been maintaining anyways for the last half-year or so, only my Press has gotten weaker. I used to be able to do 1 pl8 for 5+ reps all day every day, now I'm just barely able to finish 5 reps.

Nop, but most of them were failed, cause I have a fucked up relationship with food.
Keeping the calories high, small deficit, carbs are medium, but doin lots of cardio, 6 times a week atm, 2 sessions on an empty stomach, 4 regular ones.
Actually not that hungry, but I just feel like shit in general, sleepy tired all the time, can barely do things, just want to lay in bed and relax.
No strength losses, but barely getting through workouts lately.

Nothing processed, three or four sugary treats per month, lots of meat, lots of fat, LOTS of veggies. When the summer comes by three months of strict keto (I'm on the second one right now)

It has been my routine for 4 years now and no problems with it. I only feel cravings when I'm dealing with anxiety, but it's temporary. The only special thing for summer is the keto bout

Visible abs, looking overall decent. Not going for huge but the arms and shoulders are coming on semi-decently considering I've built them while cutting)

Nope, went down to 200+ from 250 years ago, got in a long term relationship, headfuck, psychosis, ate like a twat while delusional for 6-12 months and turned into a hambeast

Combo. Generally balanced diet for the most part, have dabbled in keto which is effective, but the benefits over a balanced diet aren't excessive enough to keep me on it for longer than a few months at a time - good way of breaking through a plat though. As is IF and 36-48hr fasts now and again.

Honestly depends on the day. Mostly not too bad, and I've learned to control it via water and reminding myself that the hunger is just a false signal (compounded by grabbing my belly and going "there's fucking food there you cunt"

Tbh my strength was shit before the cut, but I've done noob weights (dumbells) 10 sets of 7 lifts then curls. Started at (lol) 5kg and currently on 15kg and about to add more weight in the next week or two. Still shit compared to decent lifters, but much better than when I started which I'm happy with considering I've done that on a calorie deficit.

I've been running and doing bodyweight for the whole week and lost only 0.4kg so far.
Feels bad.
I didn't even ate anything properly yesterday.

- Started 25/04 1,85m/6'1, 117kgs/258 lbs
- am at 86 kgs/190 lbs
- cutting with one meal a week
- aiming for 6 pack and little to no fat everywhere else
- not hungry, eating is a burden
- my strength/stamina have improved, might just be because of the weight loss
- maybe 5th or 6th cut, all others i gave up on when hitting a plateau and slowly but surely reverted to my old eating habits. This one is the most succesful yet

This is where it gets fucky. I have previously lost 50 kg. Five years ago, I weighed about 130 kg, and I gradually went down and maintained at about 80 kg (with fluctuations +/- 2-3kg). Now, I just fucking cannot lose weight.

I have been doing IF (16 hour fast) for over a year, I eat a 40% Protein/40% Carb/20% Fat diet (1500 kcal a day), and have been on this caloric restriction since april. I don't snack and I weigh everything.

At this point I have honestly adapted to it. Eating so little has become routine, so I don't really get that hungry. I kind of feel like my stomach has 'stopped'.

Currently, I have lost about 2 kg, which seems very little to me.I am wondering if perhaps increasing my daily caloric intake a little bit would be beneficial in terms of increasing my metabolic rate. I saw a doctor about it, but the doctor was more concerned that I would even attempt to subject myself to this, since my BMI technically is in the 'normal' range now. Any advice?

Bulked up from 85kg to 112kg for strength gains and muscle gains and just not giving a fuck.
Maintained it for a year orso, i'm not that tall, 178cm. My body hated it and my cardio was destroyed.
Then cut down to 72.5,goal was 75 but wanted to use the carb reboand that fills back up your muscle after a week of eating normaly i weighed 75 again, cut from 112 to 72.5 took 6months.
Strength dropped steadely overtime but tried to maintain it as much as i could.
And now i lift almost the same numbers as before but at a much lower bodyweight.

Was in a similar spot. Fat kid growing up, lost some weight, but could never get lean enough, so fucked up my relationship with food and would binge constantly, couldn't lose weight for shit. What helped me is cutting slowly and doing mostly cardio, without big calorie restrictions. So say start out with 300 calorie deficit and 1 cardio session, then once you're not losing weight or weekly progress was nothing add 1 or 2 more cardio sessions (I was doing about 20 mins per session). After a month I worked up to about 4-5 sessions and only then I dropped another 100 calories in carbs, then did that for a few weeks, added some more cardio started doing 6 sessions. Then only after about a month, I dropped the calories again by 100. And do that until you get lean, basically, try and do as much cardio as you can, and lower calories rarely, like once a month by 100 if needed.

Yes. I bike to/from gym (15 km in total every day) and I warm up before lifting with 15 minutes of HIIT running (I'm drenched after this, every day).

Other than this, I go for longer runs three days of week in morning (2 x 5 km, 1 x 10 km), because I'm running a half-marathon later this year, so I need to get my legs ready for that.

Tried Keto once, really started losing weight for two weeks until I had an outbreak of shingles (presumably because of physical stress), and I was ordered to stop it.

I don't know about going low(er) carb. I feel like I can't workout if I eat less. It might be the way though.

You don't really. You'll have good days and bad days, some days you'll feel good, some days you'll feel like complete shit.
Cutting slower can help you maintain good energy levels, if you drop calories and carbs very fast you'll feel like shit.
You could also take a supplement I guess, but I don't know much about them. I've only taken modafinil, which is more a nootropic but it gives me an energy boost since it's originally created as a narcolepsy drug and helps against sleepiness.

Tried 800 deficit but that caused an unconscious binge. Fucking plantain chips. Next thing I knew, the bag was almost empty. The carb rush caused more snacking and I've just yesterday got it back under control.

19% right now after 3 weeks or so lost 2.5 inches on my waist about 2 lbs a week. Target is 10-12% in another 3-4 months as I slow down the cut the lower I get in bf%.

Small meals about 6-7 of them spaced out the day, macros are 30/30/40 at 1700-1900 calories depending on if lifting heavy or light. Work out 3-6x a week switching heavy and light days and a week of 3 very heavy days with appropriate rest times, cardio 4-7 times a week usually right after lifting or fasted on rest days.

Not super hungry, just tired. Only really hungry feeling if I miss a meal or do my cardio fasted on my day off.

Suffered a little but I was way over my target bf% and so my lifts had went way up(it felt great breaking PRs don't fall for the sweet allure it's a bodyfat lie), now my lifts are just stalled with some maxes down. Working weight seems about the same or a little better on some lifts. 525 1RM conventional dead with belt, flat soles and straps dropped to 460ish 1RM over the course of 2 cuts. Haven't done a lot of 1RM since the schedule and rest don't really allow for enough recovery without the increased calorie intake. Don't have enough energy in the tank to actually lift heavy it feels. Going to keep going though.
