Visible abs, looking overall decent. Not going for huge but the arms and shoulders are coming on semi-decently considering I've built them while cutting)

Nope, went down to 200+ from 250 years ago, got in a long term relationship, headfuck, psychosis, ate like a twat while delusional for 6-12 months and turned into a hambeast

Combo. Generally balanced diet for the most part, have dabbled in keto which is effective, but the benefits over a balanced diet aren't excessive enough to keep me on it for longer than a few months at a time - good way of breaking through a plat though. As is IF and 36-48hr fasts now and again.

Honestly depends on the day. Mostly not too bad, and I've learned to control it via water and reminding myself that the hunger is just a false signal (compounded by grabbing my belly and going "there's fucking food there you cunt"

Tbh my strength was shit before the cut, but I've done noob weights (dumbells) 10 sets of 7 lifts then curls. Started at (lol) 5kg and currently on 15kg and about to add more weight in the next week or two. Still shit compared to decent lifters, but much better than when I started which I'm happy with considering I've done that on a calorie deficit.
