Protip: Women only care about 3 muscle groups.

>3. Shoulders (highly genetic)
It's not the size of your shoulders, its the width, so its fairly genetic. Guys with narrow shoulder girdles are out of luck here. The best thing you can do in this situation is to stop training traps, just train delts, bigger traps will make your shoulders look even smaller.
And that my friends is the only 3 things women give a fuck about. Chest/Arms/Back are irrelevant.

It's not an exercise. it's a training method
You are basically treating the exercise of your choice like a skill. when you practice something repetitively you not only develop new muscle tissue to handle the "stress" you also learn how to move your body more effectively when performing it
Plus it will allow you to eventually handle crazy amounts of volume for your chosen muscle group
