I know dat feel breh. Spent a year trying to get fit. Lost weight, joined my uni's sport team,boosted cuckgineering GPA from 2.8 to 3.3. Ended up not getting laid so my motivation dropped. Gained the weight back, played absolutely shitty last few games,GPA dropped back down to 3.01

No more going to the gym and having to wait for someone to finish squatting. I highly disliked going to the gym because it's super hard to keep a routine if you're sharing equipment.

The worst thing is when I'd goto the gym all pumped and ready to Squat and then all the Squat racks are taken by hordes of people and not a single rack becomes free even after IVe been at the gym for half an hour, so I had to end up leg pressing or something.

Not him but I used to work out in uni gym and the YMCA before uni. The gym culture of sharing equipment just made me not want to go. I usually went once a week and did full body on a day it wasn't that busy because there was no way in hell that I could come 3-4 times a week and work out the muscle groups I wanted.

My gym isn't as bad. I go to a CSU. 3 squat racks,1 deadlift platform,1 olympic lifting platform, 3 regular benches, 1 decline,2 incline all for 36000 students. I'm not really upset with people who go there and use the equipment. They're all just trying to work out like me. I just feel like we're in some rat race of who will get the equipment when it opens up.

No point in trying to look buff if I don't get laid in the end.
