I just want to become big, lean and strong man, why does it have to be so hard...

I just want to become big, lean and strong man, why does it have to be so hard? I've been lifting for fucking 5 years and have never succeeded in cutting properly, forever hovering at 17-19% bf. I'm 26 now and I feel like I'm running out of time.

Cutting is all diet... No matter what advise or programs you take it's going to take a lot of willpower to eat right. I did a cut over last winter and it turned out great, I was lifting high reps everyday while also running with interspersed plank workouts. Eating right after that shit is tough but worth it in the end if you want to see your abs

If you want it bad enough you'll just do it.

(talking about getting lean here)

You're not going to be "BIG" as a lean natural lifter. So you need to lower your expectations.

As a natural you can look like a fit athlete when you're lean natty lifting. You will NOT look like a "Bodybuilder" as a natural lifter. The "bodybuilder" physique is a product of steroids.

If you're not counting calories and macros EVERY SINGLE DAY then you can forget about losing weight, it won't happen. Also you seem to lack the personal discipline at a level necessary to be successful at anything, I suggest you fix that first and foremost unless you want to go through the rest of your life leaving everything you do half-finished.

But fit athletes are on roids user

Not the same type of steroids, and not in the same dosages.

Bodybuilders take a lot of designer-specific drugs that create a specific "LOOK" to the body that you just cannot replicate naturally.

Not true. You can easily get lean while eye-balling protein intake to ensure youre getting enough, and just not eating much other than that without going to crazy on not eating anything else.

You don't need to autistically track every calorie/macro and spend 75 weeks cutting with a slight minor calorie deficit and slowing bringing the calories down over-time, that is just super autistic shit that people getting on bodybuilding stages do to get down to like 4-5% bodyfat.

Getting to 8-10% doesn't require all of that shit, it just requires willpower not to over-eat and accept being hungry.

How many g protein do you take per kg weight?

>I just want to become big, lean and strong man, why does it have to be so hard?
Post a picture of your goal body and we'll tell you whether it's attainable natty or not. If you're like most fitizens, your goal is extremely unrealistic for a drug free lifter.

>Getting to 8-10% doesn't require all of that shit, it just requires willpower not to over-eat and accept being hungry.
Yeah sure just leave it all up to guesswork and *hope* that you're not fucking up.
>I've been lifting for fucking 5 years and have never succeeded in cutting properly, forever hovering at 17-19% bf.
..or did you, like the rest of the autistic fucks here, not read the entire OP before commenting?
>apparently not!
I spent the last 15 YEARS tracking everything daily. Just *now* I'm at the point where I can go a few weeks without tracking anything at all, and not gain weight again, or cut out a little and lose some if I want to. The OP clearly and objectively BY HIS OWN WORDS can't do that and needs to be 'autistic' about it (I fucking hate that word by the way it's so over-used) if he wants to be successful.

TL,DR: You're a fag, STFU and GTFO.

Go to bed just a little bit hungry every night and then don’t eat breakfast until late in the morning when you’re really really hungry

Also no snacks, only meals

With the hungry thing, Your gains go a bit but it’s the easiest way I’ve found to cut without really killing yourself by measuring out every calorie

Happy to answer questions

How do you minimise muscle loss when doing this?

I use to count macros religiously for years so I know how much protein I am eating by just eyeballing it.

1.8-2g per kg.

heres an example of how i eyeball my protein throughout the day

1 scoop whey in morning (24g p) + skim milk (10g p) = 34p

1 normal size chicken breast - 50g

1 scoop whey after training (24g p) + skim milk (10g p) = 34p

2 slices of light cheese = 14g p

3 whole eggs (18g p) + 3 egg whites (9g p) = 27g p

This is a normal day and thats 34+34+50+14+27 = 160g+ right there without trying.

All eyeballed.

Your body can't metabolize 50g of protein in one sitting man.

You do realise how long it takes for a chicken breast to digest right? lmao. You think it just instant-digests? LOL, the protein is expunged from the food slowly over time like a filter into the blood stream.

You dont just instantly absorb protein you eat, no matter how fast or slow digesting it is.

You don«t know shit. Opinion discarded.

>Your body can't metabolize 50g of protein in one sitting man.
This meme again.

Holy fuck are you brainwashed by the fitness industry if you think that's true. This is more propaganda by protein powder companies to get you to buy RTD shakes that skimp on protein.

only brainlets eat/drink anything made by the fitness industry. everything that you need can be found in food.
