If you would do a water fast you would lose the weight and additional water weight from the switch into ketosis.
Not much desu. 1 kg = 7,500 calories. On average you burn 2000 in one day give or take. So 2000*7=14000. Meaning you could burn 2 kg a week, on a pure water fast, with no working out.

Water, drink only water and eat a solid 3 meals a day that seem relatively healthy.
Don’t overthink it and try to stay away from the scale except for scheduled weekly weigh-ins, if you constantly weight yourself it will make you very very emotionally unstable which seems to feed a lot of cravings and shit

actually more like half a kg is what most people call normal. If you work out a few times a week you can get a whole kg on a good week.
But the actual scale weight doesn't always reflect that loss immediately b/c water weight fluctuates constantly. But if you eat at a deficit you will lose fat, period. But make sure you're actually eating at a deficit - count them calories!

Water fast the whole week i guess. If you start with some shittty diet with 500 calories a day and a lit of them carbs you are gonna feel like shit and dont lose shit
if you are really FAT, then you need to get into the mindset of long-term progress
do small adjustments and just endure
