Maybe it's not gyno. I don't really know what makes it gyno or just weird genetics or what. Mine looks worse anyways. Don't sweat it man, just lift and get muscle. I seriously doubt anyone else cares (unless you're fat, which you are not). And once you get some muscle, you yourself will notice it/care less and less.

Hitting chest will make it bigger but more formed if that makes sense. Won't be a feminine lump but harder.
