I have always been able to dead proportionally more than I can squat. Currently doing 2 second paused atg front squats to fix my issues with driving back up on the concentric during low bar. I fucking hate squatting. I always feel like I'm folding in half like a fucking accordion. The only thing that helped was widening up my stance a whole lot. I squat like a slav in an adidas track suit and it sucks dick.

I do some unconventional lifts. Substituted deadlifts for p-cleans, 8 months ago deadlifted 455. I also substituted zercher squats for back squat, because back squats and deads caused to much stress on my lumbar disks.
