I try to do them weighted every now and then but I get frustrated because I am homegym mustard race. And the time that I manage to pile the weight on my back it's the most boring shit ever

They are useless because you have 2 points to sustain yourself. Learn the front lever or dragon flag if you want real core activation.

I have an innate fear of shoulder excercises, but I lift them the most because they are most aesthetic.

I can only really do basic tricep pushdowns. Skullcrushers and french press type movements hurt my elbows like hell and make it feel like theyre going to explode.
I guess should give close grip bench a proper try

I hate them too, but if they're hard and I suck at them, what further reason do I need to keep doing them? Shit probably brings a lot of profits, otherwise it wouldn't be that hard.

This. Not because "It hurts" but because I never seem to do it right. I move to really light weight (like 20lbs) and I can do like a million without feeling any burn. If I move up to like 25 or 30, I can't do any.

I've watched everyone's video on youtube on form and it just doesn't work for me. I stopped doing them.

Do them with cables instead, dumbbells are unnecessarily dangerous.

Why do I get forearm pain when I do bent over rows? I'm not gripping the bar tight at all, and it's still agony when I release the bar.

You will start hating EVERY exercise once you've done them for a few weeks or months. Sometimes you need a break. Otherwise it will become a chore. I sometimes didn't squat for an entire year because I was fucking tired of it again. Then I started it again and of course started light but I got to love it more and more and now I squat even more than I did before.

Same with benchpres. This exercise is such a boring chore. Mix it up for dumbells or chest cable flies.

Hate OHP? Try doing it with the machine, or dumbells, or use the bar if you didnt use the bar before.

Mix it up. Shock the muscle. If you keep doing something for long you will start to hate it at some point.

But after a while it becomes boring, then you need to switch it up. And then after a few months you miss it and then you enjoy it again.

When i do these i always feel my right bicep, that's why i hated these, because it felt like I was working out my biceps more than my chest. Now i turn the dumbells when i go down and it feels so much better. Just a tip for anyone trying this

I absolutely love triceps too. However, skullcrusers are probably my favorite excersize. I remember struggling to do 40 pound skullcrushers, and now banging out 10-15 reps of 105 pounds feels so liberating. I feel bad that they hurt you that badly, because man that might be my favourite excersize even over OHP.

I used to love barbell OHP, I started doing arnold presses and lateral raises and they feel a lot better, and build your stabiliser muscles.
