Smaller guys are naturally going to have bigger arches and bigger guys are going to naturally have smaller arches. Even if they have a giant arch they should still do a good bit of benching with at least a less severe arch. It's impressive either way

No. As someone said, arching a bit is fine but when you arch that much you might as well just call it what it is, cheating. You can retract your scapula completely with your back flat on the bench unless you have some physical disability, so that's no excuse.
Yes, which like I already said, you get from having a small arch. Having a big arch doesn't inherently make you more prone to injury except in the most extreme cases.
